Things the true Spiritual does differently.

Sadly, in these days the church and the society doesn’t seem to value true spirituality. As it tends to neglect and mock anyone that applies discernment, rational and logical thinking in the matter of the faith and any form of spiritual knowledge.
Therefore the true spirituals have a great insight and depth of unction into things that matters, but they often are ignored in favor of those with the ability to entertain and distract us. In fact those with high levels of spirituality are not often bothered with the entertainment culture of today. They value a deep level of meditation and reflection in the things of God in order to gain the right perspective and understanding. They are often misunderstood when they speak. That is why spiritual intelligence and discernment is quite rare today, and often spurned by the leaders of the church. It is discouraged, neglected and without acceptance of any of its inputs especially from those that practiced and applied it.
True spirituality demands that you don’t just believe everything you hear. Whether they be church tradition, beliefs, and doctrines, all things must be tested and proved if they line up with scripture. The spiritual, ethical, morals, and the entire system of things in existence must be brought under the searchlight. True believers don’t just jump from camp to camp. They examine all things through the filter of the scriptures built on critical thinking skills before application. Without believing anything they hear from those in authority, they love to dig deeply into issues before forming and accepting any line of teaching. They often see through the lies, so they don’t allow others to move them around or back them into a corner. Church dogma means little or nothing to them. What matters is Christ and Him alone.
Highly spiritual believers don’t see church leaders as above anything more than as brothers and sisters. They don’t called them “Man or woman of God, names to excite the flesh. While understanding that true greatness resides with the Lord alone. And all the knowledge and wisdom is given from above. They understand that those that teach do not possess all the knowledge on every single subject, nor have all the answers. So spiritual believers do not regard anyone as an idol deserving worship. They look at the Lord as their example with the power, wisdom and strength to see them through any situation.
The spirituals are never contented with what they know, always seeking to learn and experience more of the power of the kingdom of God. While enjoying fellowship with other believers and engaging in intelligent conversation whenever possible. They are addicted to Christ Jesus our Lord and fascinated with the knowledge of God through Christ.
The spirituals know that imagination and thoughts without action is failure in the making, so they always choose to take their thought captive to the obedience of Christ. They understand the power of actionable steps through Christ Jesus, so try to see where they can apply their knowledge in the body of Christ.
Finally spiritual believers knows the signs of the times and understand that time is moving so fast. They know that we must all work, produce, act, move, receive and give. That often we don’t have enough time thinking, living, loving, and reflecting. Therefore, they spend as much time as possible with their family, believers and others. While having time alone in meditation away from the bustle of the world.
